Both share a huge passion for Pilates, its mental and physical benefits as well as sharing a holistic approach to wellbeing.

The two shared their passion and decide to share it with others, opening the studio to bring together all ages and abilities and backgrounds. They wanted to create a friendly and inviting studio , with high quality classes in a calming environment to help mental clarity from every day life. Their aim was the create all of this without people feeling the need to choose their wellbeing over other life expenses, they wanted affordability without cutting on quality.

Louise Mortimer - The SPXCE & Kaje - Breathe Within

Ready to shift your energy and feel deeply reset? This session combines the power of breathwork with the healing vibrations of sound therapy, offering a transformative experience that recalibrates your nervous system and clears mental fog.

You’ll be guided through focused breathing techniques to help you release stress, optimise oxygen flow, and get your energy flowing again. Paired with the deep vibrations of sound—think singing bowls, chimes, and grounding tones—this session works to melt tension, enhance relaxation, and bring your body and mind into a state of balance.

It’s perfect for those who need to hit the reset button, whether you’re looking to unwind, shake off stress, or dive deeper into emotional and physical healing. This powerful combination of breath and sound helps you reconnect with yourself, ground your energy, and unlock clarity.

Beth Hughes BSc (Hons), MSc. Nutrition Science & Practice mBANT, rCNHC

Personal experience of suffering with rheumatoid arthritis led her to explore diet and lifestyle to improve her symptoms. Adopting a functional medicine approach to her illness saw Beth achieve huge improvements in not only her rheumatoid arthritis symptoms, but her overall health and wellbeing.

This motivated her to retrain as a nutritional therapist. She has a particular interest in digestive and hormonal health and focusses on women aged 40+ in her practice. Over the past four years, Beth has supported hundreds of 1:1 clients to regain their health. She also delivers group sessions and corporate webinars and workshops on a variety of topics.

Workshop 4 - 14.00 - 14.45 - Yoga
Shona Manderson

Shona's journey with Yoga began in 2021 when she turned to the practice to help navigate challenging times in her life. By integrating Yoga into her daily routine, both on and off the mat, she witnessed its profound positive impact on her mental, physical, and emotional well-being. In 2023, Shona took a step in her journey, traveling to Sri Lanka for Yoga Teacher Training. It became more than just a certification; it was the beginning of her self-love journey-a path she continues to nurture every day through practices like positive affirmations, meditation, asana, and journaling.

A wellness and self-care advocate, Shona is passionate about all things fitness and personal development. She finds harmony in balancing Yoga with strength training, running and Pilates and enjoys the benefits and balance both physically and mentally. Yoga has not only strengthened her body but has also brought her inner peace. Shona invites you to join her on the mat, where together, you'll explore strength, self-love, and the power of movement.

Awards

The Yorkshires are the property awards with the biggest heart. So, as well as making Yorkshire better for thousands of children; we have a whole lot of love for the best in the business.

Are you interested in helping make things better?

If you want to make things better, you can. Donations of money is always great; but we also need volunteers to help out; or people willing to donate valuable skills from PPC to plastering.
