Town Centre Securities PLC (TCS) is thrilled to announce the success of its recent fundraising event in support of Yorkshire Children’s Charity. The event, held at DriftStop within the Merrion Centre on November 8th, 2023, brought together business leaders, professionals, and community members for an unforgettable evening of networking, camaraderie, and fundraising.
Sponsored by Town Centre Securities PLC, the event raised an impressive £5000 for Yorkshire Children’s Charity, a testament to the community’s commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of disadvantaged children in the region.
Attendees were treated to an adrenaline-fueled evening at DriftStop, featuring fast-paced networking, refreshing drinks, and mouthwatering pizza. The atmosphere was charged with competitive spirit as guests engaged in friendly competition, all in the name of a good cause.
The funds raised at the event will go directly to Yorkshire Children’s Charity, an organisation dedicated to improving the lives of children living at a disadvantage across Yorkshire. These funds will be instrumental in providing vital support, resources, and opportunities that empower these children to overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
Annabel Robinson, Head of Events for Yorkshire Children’s Charity said
“We are so grateful to TCS for their support and that of everyone that joined us on the evening. 100% of the monies raised will contribute towards the delivery of our Christmas and Winter Essentials Campaign over the next few weeks, ensuring that children across Yorkshire are warm this winter and experience the magic of the festive period.”
The success of this event underscores Town Centre Securities PLC’s commitment to corporate social responsibility and community engagement. By partnering with Yorkshire Children’s Charity, TCS aims to create a lasting and positive impact on the lives of children in need.
Charlotte-Daisy Leeming, Head of ESG for TCS said
“We are proud to have supported this unique event that not only brought together individuals from various sectors but also contributed to a crucial cause. At Town Centre Securities PLC, we believe in the power of community and the positive change that can be achieved when we come together. The funds raised will make a meaningful impact on Yorkshire Children’s Charity and the children they support, providing them with the support they need to thrive and build a brighter future.”
