We know what it’s like to be a busy team with lots to do – and we know how busy the property sector is creating amazing places in Yorkshire!

So we’re extending the deadline for the Yorkshires. Commercial Real Estate Awards, giving you another week to submit your entries. The new deadline is Friday 16 February, so get your entries ready and show off your proudest achievements to wow our judging panel.

The Yorkshires. Commercial Real Estate Awards takes place on 9 May 2024 at Rudding Park, Harrogate, and promises to be a fantastic day of celebrating the great and good of Yorkshire’s property sector. With categories for everything from Best Shed Deal to Rising Star, there’s something for everyone.

We are incredibly grateful to our commercial property friends who helped us to raise an unbelievable £315,000 at last year’s event and pledged to support our Great Yorkshire Build project at Hilltop School in Rotherham, a specialist SEND school. It’s a big project, but the impact will be enormous on the pupils, their families and the wonderful staff. We believe all children deserve the best start in life and the project will be transformative for current students and future generations to come.
