Manage your Guest List

REMEMBER TO UPDATE YOUR DYNAMIC FIELDS ! Failing to do so will cause serious system problems but, don't worry, because it's very easy. Look for the fields that have a blue lightning bolt. When you select that field, the Field Settings tab on the right will open up. You'll see a section that says Populate value dynamically (It should be ticked). You need to change the Form from !Templates. Event name should come from the Booking Form, Number of Tickets should come from the Booking Form. Guest List Entries should come from the Guest List.
Enter your ticket code and your most recent guest list will appear below.

This is your current guest list. If you'd like to update your guest list, make changes below and click save. Please pay attention to what is required for each guest.

This pulls in the name of the event for ease of reference on print outs etc.

Click the + sign to add a new guest.
Please pay attention to the number of tickets. If your guest list exceeds the number of tickets you have, your guests will not be allowed into the event. If you need additional guests, please get in touch and we can arrange that.
