Firstly, we would like to thank you for taking the time to apply for funding from Yorkshire Children’s Charity. We have no doubt that the families who stand to benefit, will be incredibly grateful for your time and efforts.
Please ensure all parts of this form are completed. Otherwise, we will be unable to to process the orders. In turn we won’t be ale to meet family’s expectations.
The funding we provide is to be allocated to gifts for children, however we understand that times are very hard for some families, especially at Christmas, and we want to do all we can to help. We have therefore included a section at the bottom of the form whereby you can provide further details, if you feel necessary, in regard to any additional support the family may require.
Deadline for Submission is Friday 4th November
Due to the number of families we are aiming to support this Christmas, forms must be completed and returned by no later than Friday 4th November, this is to enable us the capacity to process the volume of applications.
You will need the following information
1. Contact details for you and a parent or guardian
2. Pyjama sizes for each child or sibling
3. An Amazon Wishlist Link for each child or sibling
Create a list: Go to Accounts & Lists > Create a List. Click Create List and then name the list (please name with the full name of the child) and again click Create List. Select from the options. Choose Save Changes.
Add items to the list: Browse for an item on the Amazon Website in the main search bar e.g. colouring book and select Add to List in the bottom right-hand corner (please ensure there are links to the exact present the child would like, please do not ‘add ideas’).
Share a list: From the list on the page, choose More > Manage List > Recipient name (name of child) > Delivery address (families home address) > Save changes. Select Send list to others > View only and copy the link and insert into the box below. Please ensure there is a separate list for each child.
If you’d like to hear when we have new events, news and offers, just leave your email and we’ll do the rest. We won’t share you’re email with anyone else.
